The site describes Aptenova's IT development services, software work, product direction, operating principles, and public writing. Site materials are provided for general information and do not create a services agreement, partnership, employment relationship, or guarantee of availability.
Submitting a contact form or sending an email starts a review conversation only. Any custom software development work, partnership, paid engagement, confidentiality obligation, support commitment, or delivery scope requires a separate written agreement.
Do not use the site to send spam, malicious content, unlawful material, security attacks, automated abuse, or messages that impersonate another person or organization. Aptenova may ignore, delete, or block abusive submissions.
The Aptenova name, visual identity, site design, copy, and original materials belong to Aptenova or their respective owners. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not copy the site as a competing presentation or imply endorsement.
The public website is provided as available. Aptenova aims to keep information useful and accurate, but does not promise that every page will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a specific business decision.
