Privacy Policy

How Aptenova handles public site and development inquiries.

This policy covers the current Aptenova public website. It explains what is collected when someone uses the contact form to discuss IT development services, how that information is used, and how to ask for access or deletion.

Information collected

If you submit the contact form, Aptenova stores the details you provide: name, email address, organization, inquiry type, budget or timeline context, and your message. The site may also store technical request details such as source URL, IP address, and user agent to understand where the inquiry came from and reduce abuse.

How it is used

Contact inquiry data is used to understand the request, respond to the message, discuss potential software development work or partnerships, and maintain a basic record of inbound conversations. Aptenova does not sell contact inquiry data or use it for unrelated advertising lists.

Cookies and essential site data

The site uses essential Laravel session and CSRF protection data so forms and basic site security work correctly. Aptenova has not added marketing pixels or behavioral advertising trackers to the current public site.

Retention and deletion

Inquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for evaluating or continuing a business conversation, unless a longer period is required for legitimate operational, security, or legal reasons. You can ask Aptenova to review, correct, or delete your inquiry data by emailing contact@aptenova.com.

Service providers and access

Data may be processed by infrastructure and hosting providers that run the website and database. Access should be limited to people or systems that need it to operate the site, respond to inquiries, or maintain security.

Contact

Privacy requests can be sent to contact@aptenova.com. Please include enough context to identify the inquiry or message you are asking about.
